The goal of Step 2 is to introduce new attitudes, behaviors and techniques that will enhance the performance of the members of your team. This step will help each person identify their own goals and hold them accountable for the results.
Step 3: Coaching – Theory to Reality – your coach will help you apply the attitudes, behaviors and techniques you learned in step 2 to your real world situation. All trainings and coachings are custom designed based on individual competency assessments.
